We aim to provide a seamless, professional, and courteous luxury ride experience. Please review our service policies below to ensure clarity and transparency for all parties.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation with sufficient notice:

  • Standard Rides: Cancellations made 2 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
  • Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
  • No-Show or Late Cancellations: Rides canceled less than the required time or if the passenger does not show up will be charged the full fare.

Lost & Found Policy

While we are not responsible for items left behind in vehicles, we will make every effort to assist in recovering lost belongings.
If you believe you’ve left something behind, contact us as soon as possible. If the item is found, we can hold it for pickup or return it for a delivery fee.

Wait Time & No-Show Policy

  • Non-Airport Rides: A 15-minute grace period is included. After that, additional wait time fees may apply.
  • Airport Pickups: We track flight arrivals and include 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international.
  • Failure to show up without notifying us will result in a full fare charge.

Cleaning & Damage Fee Policy

To maintain the quality of our vehicles, passengers may be charged a cleaning or repair fee if the vehicle is returned in an unclean or damaged condition (e.g., spills, stains, smoking, or physical damage).

Child Safety Policy

Passengers are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats as required by law. Please notify us during booking if you will be traveling with children.

Service Animal & Pet Policy

Service animals are always welcome. Pets are allowed only with prior notice and must be in appropriate carriers to ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Payment & Refund Policy

We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments. Refunds are issued only if the cancellation policy terms are met. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
